Madison Sharp
Maddie is the type of person who you can instantly choose as either your friend or your enemy. She tries to balance her life but ends up making it more complicated than before. Her life revolves around her friends and she will do just about anything for them. However, trust has always been an issue for her. Ever since last year, she is trying her best to improve her life and most importantly her personality. Her chief goal is to make sure that she doesn’t fall back on her old habits.
Her bond with her best friend Lillian Phillips is stronger than before but surprisingly she has managed to make new friends. Sophia Tremblay,Nicholas Johnson, and Kevin Medsina are among the few people in the academy whom she considers her real friends. Kevin and she seem to have a special connection but Maddie isn’t sure if she really wants to head that way. On the other hand, she is trying to patch up with her siblings. Especially Chloe Morgan with whom things had ended rather unpleasantly last year.

The child will bear the painters’ favorite depiction of Aphrodite. She can use the mirrors as her eyes. She must look into her eye’s reflection first before the effect could start. The talent is channeled. If the child falls asleep, gets too weak or gets unconscious, the channel breaks. If the gifted one is just starting to train, even the slightest distraction can break the channel. She can only see through the mirror’s eyes with her eyes closed. The gift will drain her strength gradually.

Madison must have miscalculated the distance they had covered at that point since she abruptly stopped and looked at Kevin somewhat expectantly with a hint of discomfort present on the expression on her face. It was still quite a long way to go till they reach the airport. A horrible thought entered Kevin’s mind as he remembered that just weeks before that date, Madison’s leg was badly injured and that she couldn’t even walk at all. “Woah, I’m sorry. I-,” he trailed off as he noticed the same woman pass in front of them. Her eyes looked pained, as if she carried a heavy emotional burden. Kevin broke his gaze on the woman and turned to face Madison. “Do you want to sit and slow down? We can take a break,” he asked her, panting. “Actually I don’t need to ask you. You should rest your foot and we need to catch our breaths.”
Kevin led Madison to the coffee shop they were directly in front of and pulled out a seat for her before plopping down on his own chair. His thought were revolving around the lady in the violet dress. He was certain that he had met her somewhere before. He just didn’t know when and how exactly. Kevin caught a glimpse of her face as she passed by them but her fancy hat forbid him to fully see her. He racked his brain to remember where he met that woman but his brain was not cooperating with him. He scratched his head and snapped out of his thoughts. He couldn’t let that bother him. Not on his date with the greatest girl he had ever met. Time was running out so Kevin stood up, forcing an enthusiastic smile.
“Ready to go?”
Maddie protested to not stop. She knew how excited Kevin was about the date, and the last thing she wanted was to ruin it for them. But Kevin wouldn’t bulge. The next thing she knew, they were at a coffee shop, trying to catch their breath. Well, it was mostly her. She smiled at Kevin who seemed deep in his thoughts. So far, not much of a conversation had resulted between them. There was still so much of formality, that there didn’t seem room for anything else. She wasn’t sure what to make of it all but she knew that she needed to at least give him a chance to do his best. Hence, she decided to bombard him with questions later. When he wasn’t so disconnected from the date. She was so engrossed in her thoughts of understanding his actions, that she snapped back when Kevin, asked her. “Of course. I didn’t need to rest in the first place. Just needed to catch my breath,” she said with a smile playing on her lips. Today was their day, and Maddie was going to make sure nothing ruined it.
